Location and Surrounding Vibe: Although the university has campuses in several other areas, the main one is located in the suburb of Kelana Jaya and the town of Petaling Jaya (Selangor). The UNITAR campus is a standalone 15-storey building that houses all the various faculties and facilities. As the university is located in a suburban area, it has the convenience of all kinds of amenities and transportation while not being in a location that is relatively quiet and suitable for studies.
Ease of Accessibility to Campus: The main campus is near the Kelana Jaya LRT train station, although not within walking distance. However, you can take a quick bus ride that will stop right outside the campus. There are many eateries, grocery stores and other shops within a 5-minute walking distance from the campus. There is also a nearby mall, Paradigm Mall, that is only a 5-minute drive away for some unwinding and shopping.
