Engineering Courses

One of the reasons why engineering subjects are popular is that most courses offered at the University of Greenwich are Integrated Master’s degrees, where students study for 4 years to obtain a Master’s, fast-tracking their pathway to becoming a Chartered Engineer.
With the “Learning by Doing” approach implemented by the University of Greenwich, they have invested heavily in specialist laboratory facilities for most of the School of Engineering disciplines. Lab spaces cover over 8,000m² of the university, with most receiving yearly upgrades and updates.

The University of Greenwich has a strong focus on clinical, forensic, and child psychology. Students will be taught by national and internationally acclaimed psychologists and practicing counsellors. This includes Professor Josh Davis, whose research into super-recognisers has put him on the map, helping police forces and government agencies from Australia, Germany, Netherlands, and Singapore with forensic facial recognition.
There are 10 psychology lab rooms dedicated to psychology research which students can use during their time studying at the University of Greenwich:
- Psycho-physiology Labs – consist of high-to-low EEG equipment, biofeedback recording equipment, and the state-of-the-art Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) device.
- Media Labs – consist of VR headsets, motion capture devices, and eye tracking systems.
