Sun-U Residence: The building apartment is only a 10-minute walking distance from Sunway University. The rooms are mainly twin-sharing with a common living room, pantry area, air-conditoning and fully furnished. Room rates is RM780 to RM860 per month depending on the room configuration.
Sun-U Apartment: This accommodation is slightly further away with a 15-minute walking distance from campus. There are twin-sharing and quad-sharing rooms available. The room rates ranges from RM420 to RM860 per month depending on configurations such as air-conditioning or none and location of the room.
